CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your appointments are very important to us as they are reserved specifically for you. Please respect our time as we respect yours. When you don’t show up for your appointment, the business is not only loosing your income, but also the income of the other clients who could’ve filled in your time slot instead. Also, the business still have to pay for the technician who is waiting for you. If you don’t confirm your SMS reminder, your appointment will be canceled. If you are unable to keep the appointment, please cancel at least 3 hours in advance. No-shows will be charge a fee of 100% of missed service(s).

* A nails kit is required. Please bring your own kit otherwise it’s available to purchase at the salon. A nails kit includes but not limited to buffers, files, toes separators, pumi bar and brush.

** The system is automatically set for 1 person per booking. Please book separately for each person if you have more than 1 person or you can call us and we will help you to set up the appointments.
